New Report: Spending Through California’s Tax Code
This new report, from the California Budget & Policy Center, discusses some of the better know tax expenditures in California for individuals, families, and for businesses. According to the report the following issues were considered: “(1) who those tax expenditures benefit and who is left out (in cases where data is available), (2) whether the tax expenditures have worthwhile policy goals; and (3) whether they are effective in achieving those goals.” Download the new report and learn more here.
